If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, Glglitz.com provides its customers with Easy Returns. With Easy Returns, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies online on the main website page. In all cases, products must be returned in new and unused item/condition. We will issue a refund to your credit card/PayPal for the full purchase price (including taxes) of any new/unopened item that you return within the returns window. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.


You may return with your own preferences courier. Custom fee is consumer at own cost with exception only errors are ours. 

Follow these three easy steps to return your items by mail.

Step 1: Complete the Return Form online or by contacting the store directly to notify your return item.

Be sure to update any contact or shipping information if necessary. The return form is located the online bottom of the main page listed under “Return”.

Step 2: Please wait 12-24 hours to get authorized for your return notification sent to your email. 

Step 3: Ship your return with any courier you prefer. To ensure GLGlitz do receive your return package, please keep track of your package with a tracking number. You will be responsible for missing package without a tracking number. 

Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box/envelope and GLG packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Attach the invoice to the package and mail it. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has received. 

Returns must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase.


Your receipt/invoice must accompany your returned items(s) to process your refund. All returned items must be in their original state before they can be accepted for a refund. Note: Shipping/handling fee are non-refundable. 

Merchandise can be returned up to

*30 days if purchased electronic items

*14 days for Jewelry, Accessory, hair products, cosmetic and skincare products.

Refunds, returns or exchanges will not be accepted on used items. 

The refund amount will be applied to the original tender. If the credit card was used, and the item is being returned, funds will be credited back to your credit card. If PayPal were used, funds would be credited back into your PayPal account. 

After 14 days, and up to a period of 30 days, refunds will be void with no tolerance. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. 

Free returns apply to items returned unless the item was damaged or broken, or the wrong item was sent. Please contact customer service for additional details.

Price adjustments will not be made for clearance merchandise and will set as final sale.

We are committed to offering our Customers the finest products available. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet this expectation, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase.

For your convenience, we have provided an address label on the invoice that should be affixed to the outside of the return package. If the address label is not available, you must contact the store for further details.

To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package with a tracking number. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records.

Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Please note: Only unopened products may be returned for full refund.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-866-787-5103. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

International Returns Procedure:

For returns outside of the Canada, please e-mail us via the contact us at [email protected] to notify us of your intent to return. Your e-mail should contain your order number, name and a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods.

We will then e-mail you with a Returns Authorization Number or a confirmation email.

• Goods must be in their original packaging with any seals intact and in an unused and re-saleable condition.

• Re-package the parcel using strong packaging and ensure it is sealed securely to avoid damage during transit. Please enclose your dispatch note/receipt within the parcel.

• Please pay the appropriate shipping costs and return the parcel to the address as detailed to GLGlitz store (Please return with your national postal service, as returns by courier will not be accepted).

• Request a proof of postage (Golden Lush Glitz will not be liable for lost returns).

Any underpaid returns may not be delivered to us and therefore will not be processed.

Have You Received The Package I Have Returned?

Please allow up to 48 hours for action of your return.

If after 48 hours have passed since you posted a returns package to us, please get in touch using the contact information on our main page.

If you have requested an exchange, you will receive a dispatch notification e-mail to confirm when the replacement item has been sent.

How Do I Return A Faulty Item?

Under the Terms of the product warranty, all returns should be arranged directly, who will then facilitate a repair/replacement as appropriate.

Please therefore contact GLGlitz Customer Services directly who will be happy to guide you further in arranging this.

How Do I Return A Faulty Electronic Item?

All electrical products are covered by a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty entitles you to a repair or replacement of your faulty product.

Please return them with a proof of purchase and covering note explaining the nature of the fault to GLGlitz.com via email  or by phone.
